Who can use this site
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order with us. If you're ordering on behalf of someone else (a gift, for instance), please make sure the information you provide is accurate.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice — the price at the time you place your order is what applies to that order. We accept UPI, cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) up to ₹20,000, as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery policy. We reserve the right to verify, decline, or restrict COD orders, including for customers with a pattern of refused deliveries.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy — we reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.
Content & intellectual property
Everything on this website — our photography, product descriptions, brand name, logo, and website design — belongs to House of Sehej. Please don't reproduce, copy, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Many of our original embroidery designs — including our Aura collection (Sunflower, Chamomile, Lily of the Valley) and upcoming limited editions — are conceived and developed specifically for House of Sehej, and are not available elsewhere in the market.
These designs are our intellectual property.
For our other collections, including Ghar ki Badi Beti, we work with traditional, widely-practiced embroidery and weaving techniques through our artisan and weaver partners —
we don't claim exclusive ownership over these techniques themselves, only over our own original designs, photography, naming, and brand content.

The content on this website is for your general information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we don't make any guarantees about its completeness or accuracy, and your use of it is at your own discretion.
