Where we deliver

We deliver PAN India — every state, every pincode that we can reach.

Processing, Shipping & Delivery Time

1. Ready-to-Ship Orders
Most House of Sehej pieces are in stock and ready to ship.

These orders are dispatched within 7 business days of confirmation.

2. Made-to-Order / Premium Handloom Pieces
A small number of premium handloom pieces are made to order. For these, dispatch typically takes 25-30 days, depending on the piece and craft involved. This is clearly marked on the product page, along with the expected timeline for that item.

We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date, since courier transit time is outside our control once your order has dispatched.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders through 2026.

From 2027, free shipping applies to orders above ₹5,000; a flat ₹150 applies below that.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on orders up to ₹10,000.

Order cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn't already been dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Delivery address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel is delayed, returned, or needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping cost will need to be borne by you.

Receiving your order

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery rather than accepting it

This protects you, and helps us resolve it faster. Once a delivery has been accepted, we'll assume the parcel was received intact.

Courier delays

We ship through trusted courier partners, but delivery timelines are ultimately managed by them and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control. We're not liable for such delays, but we're always happy to help track your order down.

Once your order leaves us

We hand every order over to our courier partner with care, packed securely to survive the journey. Once it's in their hands, the delivery itself is managed by them — so if anything happens in transit, we'll do everything we can to help you track it down and sort it out, but the courier is who's responsible for getting it to you safely.

Stock & pre-orders

Most pieces at House of Sehej are ready stock unless stated otherwise. A small number of premium handloom pieces are made-to-order — this is clearly marked on the product page, along with expected dispatch timelines for that piece.

International shipping

Not yet — we currently ship within India only. International shipping is something we're actively working towards. If you're based abroad and interested in a piece, write to us at hello@houseofsehej.com and we'll see what we can work out.
